Our friendly staff are part of the Student Support and Employability team, and are based on both the Cyncoed and Llandaff campus.

Book an appointment
To access many of the Student Services appointments, current students need to complete our
Disability, Wellbeing and Counselling support form.
If you’re having trouble with this form, or have any questions, the i-zone team can help you. We can also help you check the details of an existing appointment.
Other services
If we can’t directly help with your query, we can connect you with the right department.
For example, if you’re having trouble with tuition fees, enrolment, or applying for mitigating services, drop by the i-zone and we can put you in touch with the right people.
