Payment by Credit/Debit Card for Tuition Fees.

User will need to enter Student ID (8 Numeric Values) and Date of ​Birth to make payment against account. If available, user will also have ability to sign up to pre-defined instalment agreements. Instructional ​document here.

NB – this will not show any charge, user must input the total payment amount after logging in, payment method will determine what is immediately payable. Can take up to three working days for payment to be reflected on student account.

International students from India, Nigeria and China have the option to pay with EasyTransfer.

Cardiff Metropolitan University has partnered with EasyTransfer as a payment method for international payments. This quick, safe and secure service allows you to make payments in your local currency easily with low fees and transparent exchange rates. EasyTransfer's team of payment specialists will guide you step by step and give you peace of mind that your full payment is delivered to the University.

You can also make a payment in person at the i-Zone at both Llandaff and Cyncoed campus. You will need to bring your student ID card when making a payment. Please note we do not accept cash. Bank transfer payments can be made via the above options in most local currencies.

The University does not make its bank account details available.

Students who wish to make bank transfer payments should do so via the above portals, either for fee invoices already raised or for making advance payments before enrolment.

Bank transfer payments can be made in most local currencies, GB Pounds, US Dollars or Euros, and will be fully tracked through their journey, so students are informed where their funds are. In most cases bank transfer payments via Flywire/Convera/EasyTransfer are received by us faster than they would have been if transferred directly to a University account.

Bank account details are provided to sponsors via their invoices.
