Staff Overview

​​I originally came to Cardiff Met as a mature student studying Video Game Design. During that time, I joined the SU and became School Rep for three years. I was also one of the first Student Coaches, and then an Associate Tutor. I come from an extensive customer service background, with a little theatre for good measure. I am currently working towards my PGC and Fellowship.

Teaching

​​I have taught and supervised a variety of age ranges, but the majority have been in Higher Education. I have largely been focused on video game design, but I have also taught and supervised website design and software development.

​​​I lean more towards the graphics side of video game creation, so a lot of my external activities and hobbies are focused on 3D asset creation. I do keep up with gaming trends and developments in the industry. I am also working on my own game projects in Unreal Engine.
