Overview

Syed is a lecturer in Economics in the School of Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University. He studied MSc Economics and Finance and later MS Economics from Lahore School of Economics, Pakistan. He then earned an MPhil degree in Economics from Bond University, Australia. Later, Syed received a Doctoral degree in Economics from Griffith University, Australia.

Syed has worked as a research and teaching associate at Lahore School of Economics, Pakistan. He has also served as a lecturer at the Forman Christian College (A Chartered University), in Pakistan. Syed also held Teaching Fellow positions at Bond University (Aus) and Griffith University, Australia.
