Overview
Sally has worked for Cardiff Metropolitan University for two years, prior to this she worked for twenty seven years as a Product development Technologist in the Baking Industry designing products for all major Super markets. She has a Further and Adult Education Teachers Certificate.
Her main responsibility is to organise all the practical classes for the Students Studying Food Science, Public Health and Nutrition, Sports and Biomedical Science and Dietetics. She is also responsible for the day to day running of the Sensory Suite.
