Overview

Lucy is a lecturer in sports massage and rehabilitation on the BSc Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage (SCRAM) degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

After graduating from the SCRAM course in 2010 with 1st class honours, Lucy has spent the last five years developing a private practice, whilst working in professional sport with organisations such as the Llanelli Scarlets, Welsh Rugby Union and Welsh Netball.

She specialises in advanced soft tissue techniques and the rehabilitation and prevention of sports injuries.
