Overview
I am a lecturer in Hospitality Management and a researcher at Cardiff School of Management, Cardiff Metroploitan University. I joined the department, on a part-time basis, in 2013, moving to a full-time position in 2018. I have 11 years’ experience working within the Hospitality Industry and is passionate about it to this day.
