Jason is a Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning and the Programme Director for BSc (Hons) Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage in the Cardiff School of Sport and Health Sciences. His research interests centre upon the influence of growth and maturation upon injury risk in young athletes and preventative training interventions for mediating risk.
