Overview

Since graduating from the master's Programme in Ceramics at Cardiff School of Art & Design, I have worked consistently as both an educator at Higher Education level as well as a practicing ceramic artist now working from my home studio in Llandaff, Cardiff.

Essentially, I see my pots as containers of distilled thoughts, moments arrested in time expressing the narratives of their own making.

Through my work I strive to create artefacts that are rooted in the history and traditions of the ceramic vessel and yet present the observer with objects which are simultaneously familiar and mysterious, strong, yet fragile, passive and dynamic.
