Overview
Daniel is a Senior Lecturer in Physical Education & Sport Coaching in the Cardiff School of Sport and Health Sciences. He is Head of the Cardiff Met RFC Men’s Performance programme who currently play in the BUCS Super Rugby and WRU National Championship. Daniel joined the school in 2012, following 12 years as a physical education teacher in Cardiff and Australia.
Daniel teaches across the physical education, coaching and performance modules. He is a Level 4 qualified coach and coach educator and formerly worked as the WRU National 18's attack coach. He has completed his PhD working with Birmingham University and Sport Wales on a collaborative research project around motivation and Empowering principles.
