Overview
My passion is the exploration of emerging sciences and technologies, new processes and materials as well as current trends and behavioral insights in order to generate new design scenarios, speculations, artifacts and applications that will help contribute to a more sustainable tomorrow. Collaborated with a team of explorers to prepare for an expedition to the South Pole, the overall aim was to produce material that was intelligent/protective. The material we established was derived from Aerogel, and it proved to be a successful/expedition and collaboration.
I am a freelance designer and have regularly shown my work at Heimtext and Premier Vision. I am a member of Welsh Institute Research And Design and DIGIT. I continue to develop my own designs, focusing on new technologies and smart materials. I have gained a great deal of relevant research through interaction with CSAD Textile Research group.
