Understanding the conceptions of 'value' held by different stakeholder groups.
Establishing a deeper understanding of the principles and methods underpinning the focal COMPs (Lean Thinking, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma and Agility).
Defining the anatomy and boundary of applicability (or ‘fit’) of such paradigms.
Modelling the diffusion of such COMPs through practitioner and academic communities.
Developing decision support techniques to support high performance value flow projects within organisations.
Managing shared resource for high performance value flow.
Developing games and simulations to communicate the principles and test the performance of high performance value flow systems.
