JoinEU-SEE PENTA Scholarship Scheme for academic exchange between EU and Western
Balkan countries.
JoinEU-SEE PENTA is coordinated by University
of Graz, Austria. The project involves EU and Western Balkan partner
institutions. The overall objective of the action is to contribute to
sustainable development and progress in higher education and to strengthen the
management capacity of HEIs in the Western Balkans.
The resulting internationalisation in higher education will increase the
attractiveness of the region as an educational destination.
