Established in 2006, the ELTC offers a diverse range of English language courses and university preparation programs tailored to meet your academic goals. The centre is based on Cardiff Metropolitan University’s Cyncoed campus, providing easy access to the city centre, as well as Cardiff’s many parks and gardens, offering a vibrant and inspiring environment for learning.
