In keeping with its missions, Cardiff Metropolitan University has sought to expand its role in partnership activities, in Wales, elsewhere in the UK and internationally.

The University takes various factors into consideration when deciding on the type of arrangement for academic programmes offered in collaboration, often depending on the in-house expertise.
