This is likely to be relating to your password expiring. All users must change their password every 90 days. After this point the password is made obsolete. Passwords can be amended via the password management page.

I can not remember my Cardiff Metropolitan University user ID/password
Staff members can reset their password by sending a code to their mobile phone or email address. Register for this service via the password management page.

If you are a staff member at a partner - academic or administrator - and you are involved in a Cardiff Metropolitan University course then please contact your local institutional liaison. You will need to provide your full name, email address, and date of birth. We will then work with the liaison to approve and create your account.
