I have completed my PhD in the topic of talent management and social capital in emerging economies. I have investigated the association between talent management and social capital and thereby developed a conceptual framework, which depicts variance in the degree of correlation between the variables based on company ownership.
My research interests are in the fields of employment relations, workforce integration, and community development in developing and developed countries. I have the expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analytical approaches. My new research project is in the planning stage which is based on the topic of workforce integration.
