Avempace Erasmus Mundus Action 2 Jordan and Syria.
Avempace is a mobility exchange programme coordinated by Technische Universität
Berlin (TUB), Germany, in which Cardiff Met is a partner.
With a
project consortium made up of 10 EU Universities, 5 Syrian Universities and 5
Jordanian Universities, the project aims at enhancing the academic cooperation
between European and Jordanian and Syrian universities by bringing together
students, staff and researchers involved in the similar disciplines or forming
multidisciplinary teams to cover research domains identified by the Jordanian
and Syrian universities as "priorities". The mobility activities supported by
the project will be a step toward the creation of more co-diplomas and co-thesis
with stronger exchanges between PhD students from both EU and the Arab
side.
The first call for applications took place between 28th November
