My role at the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre
I joined the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre research team in January 2022, to undertake a PhD investigating Listeria monocytogenes in the food manufacturing industry, exploring biocide tolerances using novel molecular techniques.
Prior to joining the team, I worked as part of a UKAS accredited testing laboratory whilst completing my MSc by research in Molecular Microbiology.
