My role at the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre

I manage the Business Operations team. My role stretches across all ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre activity including grant funded project work and commercial business. We are responsible for contract management, data collection and on-going performance analysis, as well as operating as a support arm for the project delivery teams. 

I am involved in collaborative shared initiatives between ZERO2FIVE and the two other food centres that make up Food Innovation Wales. 

Responsible for supporting financial claims and the tendering of project work, collating and reporting on KPIs and project outputs.


Previous Experience

I have worked at the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre since 2009 in a number of roles, all within the Business Operations team, including the development of administrative and monitoring procedures for the original KITE and HELIX Knowledge Transfer Schemes. 

Prior to working at ZERO2FIVE, I worked at the University of Glamorgan overseeing various projects in social enterprise settings and in community schools sports coaching. Role included the set up and co-ordination of student led projects, policy writing and liaison with community groups, schools and businesses.
