Food for a lot of us is all about taste and that is why we conduct taste panels using our sensory evaluation suite to enable our clients to benchmark their products against competitors in the marketplace. Taste panel members will be asked to consume a food or drink product and complete a questionnaire.
We invite anyone from in and around Cardiff to sign-up to our consumer taste panels, providing you are over the age of 18yrs. Taste panels are primarily carried out at our facility at Cardiff Metropolitan University and members will be invited to take part if they fit the demographic required by the client. However, occasionally we also conduct home trials and online surveys which will not require members to come to our site.
For some projects, some form of financial compensation (such as gift vouchers) will be given as a thank you for your time. The amount will vary from project to project.
To become a member of our taste panel database, follow the link below and complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire should take 10-15 minutes and will enable us to determine a few things about you such as where you shop and what kind of testing you are interested in. Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will be contacted via e-mail to take part in any upcoming taste panels.
