Teaching
Henry Dawson has a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biology and an MSc in Environmental Health. Henry has been a lecturer in the School of Health Sciences since November 2012. He is a module leader and a contributor for the Environmental Health and Public Health undergraduate courses and the Masters programme in Occupational Safety, Health and Wellbeing
Research
Henry's areas of interest are the study of policy relating to privately rented accommodation, the relationship between housing and health and the use of technology enhanced teaching.

Henry is a Voting Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner (CEnvH, MCIEH) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He is an external examiner for the University of the West of England postgraduate qualifications in Environmental Health and Environmental Health Practice. Henry sits on the Wales Housing Expert Panel which co-ordinates private rental housing action by local councils and the Lettings Industry Council which influences policy and provides guidance on matters related to the private rental housing market in England and Wales.
