CWBL teamed up with staff members from 1000 Lives Improvement (formally Public Health Wales), to co-create an innovative series of short course learning opportunities for Organisational Development (OD) Practitioners. The aim was to equip participants with the relevant knowledge, skills, and techniques to develop a practical understanding of how to best deliver OD interventions in the workplace.

CWBL joined forces with UK-wide recruitment and training company ALS Training, to co-create Wales' first foundation degree franchise to a private work based provider. The co-developed programme is a unique, foundation degree, the first of its kind in Wales, designed to develop skills and business in a flexible and dynamic way.

Cardiff Metropolitan University is the first in Wales to acheive the prestigious Small Business Charter Award.
