Biography
Jack is just beginning at the Cardiff School of Art & Design as a Carbon Reduction Associate, working on affiliate projects to audit carbon levels in the built environment with the aim of reducing carbon input and responsibly sequestering the produced carbon. Originally from Calgary in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, his exploration of the natural rainforest has spanned from the Salish Sea, through the central Belizean tropics, to the wild west coast of Ireland. Among all places the need to improve our interactions with the environment we live and breathe every day, along with those that we seek to experience natural for all of its benefits, is a pressing need.
In past academic periods, areas of focus included the investigation of green solution for industrial pollution at the undergraduate level and the prospects of improved interface between producers and consumers to influence sustainable buying habits of consumers at the point of purchase.
