Staff Overview

​​​Dr Edmore Chikohora is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Technologies at Cardiff Metropolitan University, Llandaff campus. He received a PhD degree in Computer Science from the North-West University in South Africa. His PhD research focused on Remote Sensing Image processing, which he has applied in finding solutions to societal challenges through research projects. Edmore has published articles in conference proceedings, journal articles, book chapter and delivered on sponsored research projects as both Principal Investigator and Collaborator. He has supervised PhD and Masters’ students’ research in Computer Science and Informatics to completion. Dr Chikohora has contributed as an external assessor/ evaluator for PhD and MSc research thesis for various institutions of higher learning. His research interests are in Applied Computing with focus on evolutionary computing and image processing.
