Responsible Machine Learning Micro-Credential Course, Level 5

This course aims to help students acquire skills in the development of machine learning models using the Python programming language whilst also creating artefacts that can be used to explain how the model works using Responsible AI methods.

The students will also learn how to develop interactive dashboards that can be used to present both the models they have developed and those artefacts. Students will be introduced to the following concepts during the module including: -

  • Exploratory Data Analysis
  • Development of supervised machine learning models: -
    • Classification
    • Regression
  • Responsible AI
    • Checking for Fairness and Bias
    • Explaining machine learning model behaviour
  • Web based Interactive dashboard development using Python

Who Is This Course For
