Meet The Host

Help! I'm Going to Uni is hosted by Cardiff Met Fashion Design Student Holly. Originally from Cornwall, Holly has spent three years at Cardiff School of Art and Design, before graduating summer 2024. We haven't managed to persuade her to do a masters. Yet.

Alongside her studies Holly has worked as a Student Ambassador and Student Content Creator. Pre-podcast you may well have seen her presenting a '˜Day-in-the-life' video on TikTok, or had the opportunity to chat to her at an Open Day. She'll have a chat with anyone, and has helped to reassure countless students preparing for their university journeys.

If Holly isn't posting on TikTok or YouTube, you'll probably find her browsing the many Charity Shops of Cardiff, cooking, or chilling with friends in one of Cardiff's parks. Occasionally you'll see her out running. She doesn't like cheesy cheeses, or milk, and she has never seen the film Mrs. Doubtfire.
