Dr Rafik scholarly interests’ range in various fields of social sciences, project management to banking and finance, Islamic finance, Financial economics, Commodity markets and pricing, banking assets pricing models, sustainable economic and financial development and growth, commodity fair trading and pricing models, Energy economics and financing, Islamic finance cross-border practices and HE learning and teaching development especially with education special needs students.
The field of banking and finance has been the focus of his scholarly, pedagogic and entrepreneurial focus over the past decade.
Furthermore, Dr Rafik has completed his DBA in Egyptian Banking Assets Pricing Models with focus on comparison between Conventional and Islamic banks practises
