Staff Overview

Kallie Noble has been teaching in post 16 education since 2002, teaching on a range of courses including Access to HE, A-levels in Law, Business Studies, Government and Politics and Critical Thinking, Btec Level 3 Business, Public Services and HNC and HND qualifications in Business, Travel and Tourism and Public Services, and LLB hons Law (Uni of Derby accredited lecturer).

Since 2005 Kallie became a manager in FE with responsibility at South Cheshire College for the A-level programme – consisting of between 750-800 students. Duties included enrolment, Timetables, Enrichment, UCAS / progression, and pastoral care, with line management responsibility for the Pastoral team.

Kallie had responsibility for the extension and gifted and talented students, working with partners at Oxford University as part of the Ox-net network working with link colleges in the Northwest to host a number of public facing events in Science. In addition, the University Extension Programme was initiated and embedded within a year working with 26 HEIs, who would deliver modules to students to engage them in the subject and to encourage greater HE participation.

Kallie joined Cardiff Met in 2017 as part of the Law team, alongside teaching commitments she has enjoyed 4 years of Year tutoring responsibilities.

Teaching

​Teaching and leading law modules in the business and management degree, and LLB degree. Part of the team delivering the post-graduate MSC IBM.

Research

​Kallie is currently researching for her doctorate with a focus in Equal Opportunities. Alongside esteemed colleague Mark Sutcliffe, researching in enhancement, belonging, trust and engagement.
