Staff Overview

My main research interests are in Ethics and Social Philosophy in regard to the Sustainability issues concerning People and the Environment

I have engaged in research and enterprise work concerning Farming and Farmers’ Markets

I currently teach across most levels (3,5,6 and 7)

Level 3: research methods and project supervision

Level 5: Sustainability and Ethics

Level 6 : Sustainability and Ethics in Entrepreneurship ; HRM; Dissertation supervision

Level 7: MBA Capstone Project supervision

I am currently researching issues concerning ‘Dignity in the Workplace’
