For example, in Germany, you may see people returning all their plastic bottles to the supermarket in order to get a small amount of money back. You may discover a creative trick that you hadn't considered before, that you can then bring back home.

There are many websites and apps that you can use that help you calculate your carbon footprint. You can then donate trees to help offset that footprint.
