My role at the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre
I am a ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre (FIC) Food Technologist, supporting Welsh food and drink manufacturing companies in the development and implementation of their Quality Management Systems and Food Safety Plans (HACCP), as well as mentoring graduates employed on the KITE programme. I do this through carrying out internal audits, reviewing existing Quality Management Systems, helping companies prepare for third party audits, writing HACCP plans, supporting New Product Development, carrying out chemical analysis of products, advising on shelf life determination and directing on legal labelling compliance.
