Mae Mark wedi bod yn Uwch Gymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch ers 2014, ac wedi ennill Cymrodoriaeth Addysgu'r Brifysgol yn 2015. Enwebwyd ei brosiect “The Belonging Cube” yn 2016 ar gyfer gwobrau Addysg Uwch y Guardian. Mae wedi cyhoeddi'n eang ym maes Addysgu a Dysgu, ac mae'n parhau i ymchwilio a chyhoeddi yn y maes hwn.
