Mae Heidi Seage yn Uwch Ddarlithydd mewn Seicoleg Iechyd. Mae hi'n dysgu ar y rhaglen Israddedig ac Ôl-raddedig ar feysydd sy'n ymwneud ag iechyd a lles. Hi yw Cyfarwyddwr Rhaglen y Rhaglen MSc mewn Seicoleg Iechyd.
Mae diddordebau ymchwil Heidi yn ymwneud â seicoleg gorfwyta. Prif ffocws ei hymchwil fu deall mecanweithiau gwybyddol sy'n cyfrannu at ddatblygiad gordewdra. Mae ganddi ddiddordeb hefyd mewn archwilio effaith seicolegol Anemia Dinistriol.
Mae hi'n Seicolegydd Siartredig ac yn aelod llawn o Adran Seicoleg Iechyd y BPS. Mae Heidi hefyd yn Gymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch.
