Areas of responsibility
I am a member of the School Management and Planning Team, and I work closely with the Dean and senior management team in relation to the day to day running of the School. I deal with key operational areas including budgets, financial management and planning, procurement, people matters, health, safety and wellbeing, staff development, risk management, business continuity planning and data protection.

Biography
I studied business in Cardiff University, and then worked in accountancy practice, gaining both the AAT and ACCA finance qualifications along the way. I joined Cardiff Met in 2002 to work in the Finance department, and then moved to work in the School in 2007. Since then I have undertaken various finance/HR related roles in the School and have been in my current role since 2013.
