'​Walk in the park' is a series of audio podcasts, where we take a relaxed stroll with a Cardiff Met colleague, and discover a little more about them and their work. The project was a part of the Future Directions HEA project, and was inspired by the Radio 4 'Ramblings' programme.  It aims to capture a sense of each individual and their heart for Learning & Teaching.  Walking often opens the mind and soul, and helps us explore thoughts and ideas...
