Money Advice
How we can help
During your time at university, you may need advice on budgeting, money management or student finance.
We offer appointments and drop-in sessions to help you with budgeting and money management, student funding, and resolving any issues with Student Finance.
Students can also access free specialist advice from our partner providers Money Saviour CIC and Citizen’s Advice Cardiff and Vale, including debt advice, benefits, housing, consumer, and family.

- budgeting and money management
- additional support for care leavers and estranged students
- spending concerns, e.g, gambling or gaming
- financial implications of repeating, suspending or withdrawing from studies
New and Prospective Students
We understand that prospective students and parents/guardians will often have questions about what funding is available to students, and how/when to apply.
Our Money Advice team can answer enquiries and provide support with planning a student budget.

Current students can book an appointment and view drop-in sessions by logging into Methub.
Appointments can also be booked though the i-zone.
